The Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) at the Pride Group of Colleges plays a pivotal role in establishing a system of conscious, consistent, and catalytic improvement in the overall performance of the institution. Our IQAC is committed to fostering a culture of excellence through systematic planning, monitoring, and quality enhancement initiatives.
Objectives of IQAC
To develop a quality system for conscious, consistent, and catalytic action to improve the academic and administrative performance of the institution.
To promote measures for institutional functioning towards quality enhancement through internalization of best practices and institutionalization of a quality culture.
Functions of IQAC
Designing and implementing annual quality assurance plans for the institution.
Facilitating the creation of a learner-centric environment conducive to quality education.
Documentation of academic and administrative activities for quality benchmarking.
Collecting feedback from students, alumni, parents, and stakeholders for continuous improvement.
Organizing seminars, workshops, and awareness programs on quality-related themes.
Coordinating with departments for accreditation and other quality initiatives.
Preparing and submitting quality assurance reports to relevant regulatory bodies.
IQAC Composition
The IQAC comprises the Principal (Chairperson), senior faculty members, administrative staff, external experts, alumni representatives, and student members. This multi-stakeholder approach ensures diverse inputs and inclusive decision-making.
