Fee Refund Policy – Pride Group of Colleges

At Pride Group of Colleges, we recognize that unforeseen circumstances may occasionally require a student to withdraw from their program. Our refund policy is structured to be fair, transparent, and fully aligned with the regulatory guidelines established by the NCTE, our affiliating university, and relevant government mandates.

Refund Eligibility Criteria

The eligibility for a fee refund is determined by the date of your withdrawal request:

  • Before the Commencement of Classes: Should a student withdraw prior to the start of the academic session, 100% of the tuition fee will be refunded, subject to a ₹1,000 processing fee deduction.

  • Within 15 Days of Commencement: For withdrawals made within the first 15 days of the academic session, a 50% refund of the tuition fee will be issued.

  • After 15 Days of Commencement: No tuition fee refunds will be processed for withdrawals occurring after this 15-day window.

  • Institutional Cancellation: If the college cancels an admission due to student ineligibility or other institutional reasons, the full fee will be refunded, excluding applicable registration or processing charges.

Important Guidelines

  • Application Requirements: The refund process begins only after the submission of a formal written withdrawal request, accompanied by original fee receipts.

  • Processing Timeline: Approved refunds will be disbursed via cheque or direct bank transfer within 15 working days of formal approval.

  • Non-Refundable Fees: Please note that admission, registration, and examination fees are strictly non-refundable.

  • Exceptions: No refunds will be provided if a student is found to have submitted falsified documents or is expelled due to disciplinary violations.

  1. Submit a formal written application addressed to the Principal.

  2. Attach your original fee receipts and a copy of your ID proof.

  3. Provide clear and accurate bank account details for the transfer of funds.
